Performance by Greg Reitan Trio

Norton Simon’s enduring legacy can be found in the collections displayed at his namesake museum, which opened in 1975. Pianist, composer and Steinway Artist Greg Reitan and his trio (Jack Daro, bass, and Dean Koba, drums) present an evening of original compositions and music by notable jazz composers. The concert explores common themes and provides insight into the work of artists acquired by Norton Simon, including Helen Frankenthaler, Pablo Picasso, Barbara Hepworth, Constantin Brancusi and others.
