Try your hand at ceramics with artist and educator Maria Ahverdyan. Look closely at the 15^th-century artwork featured in the exhibition Saint Sebastian: Anatomy of a Sculpture and compare it to non-figurative sculptures in the Museum’s 20^th-century collection. Then, use fast drying clay to experiment with shape and form and construct a creation of your own.

This class is designed for children ages 9–13.

This program is free with Museum admission (admission is free for children 18 and younger; adults will pay admission at check-in).
