Los Angeles Studio Conservations
The Pasadena Art Museum, which became part of the Norton Simon Museum, was an important space for twentieth-century contemporary art in Southern California. Los Angeles Studio Conversations features interviews by art historian Stephanie Buhmann with sixteen Los Angeles-based female artists. The artists vary in age, medium and background, offering intimate and diverse insight into the creative process.
