Quilling is the art of rolling, coiling and shaping small strips of  paper to create three-dimensional design and has been practiced for centuries dating back to the time of Ancient Egypt. This beautiful Fair Trade notecard, which features an illustration of a cactus wren, was hand-crafted in Vietnam.
