Date & Time: Saturday, June 3, 4:00–6:00 p.m.
Instructor: Richard E. Scott

Students will learn how to add emotion to drawing using gesture and movement. Looking closely at works by Edgar Degas and artists in the South and Southeast Asian collection, students will create drawings that elicit emotion, display action and signal movement.

Details:
All levels of experience are welcome. Each class is $25 ($20 for members), and space is limited to 15 participants. All materials and admission to the galleries on the day of class are included. Refunds are given for cancellations made five days prior to class. Email [email protected]

Special notice: Please note that the Museum’s passenger elevator is being renovated and is currently out of use. We anticipate this work will be completed in June.
