Membership & Discounts

Membership discounts do not apply to membership purchases.

If you are an existing member, please enter your last name followed by your membership number (e.g., smith12345) as found on your membership card.

If you are purchasing or renewing a membership online, your discount will be applied automatically to other items in your cart.

Please note your membership packet will be sent to you via US Mail. Anticipated arrival time is approximately two weeks from your purchase date.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipments within the continental United States:

We ship via UPS Ground to verifiable physical street addresses within the continental United States. Please allow 10 business days for delivery. We will contact you if there is a delay in processing your order. For orders shipped to P.O. and APO boxes or for rush service, please email or call us for a shipping quote (email us; 626.844.6942). Shipments to P.O. and APO boxes are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. Shipments through the U.S. Postal Service may require an additional insurance fee.

Shipments to Alaska or Hawaii:

For shipments to Alaska or Hawaii, a fee of $10.00 is added to the continental U.S. rate.
Shipments are sent via the U.S. Postal Service.

International Shipments:

For international orders, please email us for a shipping quote.

Most products may be shipped to international destinations. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and size of the shipment and its destination. Insurance is required for international shipments, which may result in additional fees. Shipments outside the United States may be subject to tariffs, duties or other non-routine customs brokerage charges that are the responsibility of the RECIPIENT and due upon delivery.

Oversized Items:

Oversized items incur additional shipping and handling charges, which are noted in the product description but not shown on the online order form. Our Store staff will contact you prior to processing the order to confirm any additional charges.

The Norton Simon Museum is strongly committed to protecting your privacy. Returns

Your satisfaction with your purchase is important to us. If a shipment arrives damaged or the product is defective, contact the Museum Store by phone, fax or email:

We will arrange to pick up your damaged merchandise and reship your order. We can also refund your order, if you wish.

Purchases are returnable up to 30 days from date of purchase, but must be received by us in saleable condition. Special orders, framed posters and DVDs and CDs that have been opened are not eligible for returns unless they are defective.

Recipients of gifts are refunded at the price paid by the purchaser, provided the original order can be identified. If an item is returned without a packing slip, a refund is issued at the lowest selling price. Shipping charges are not refunded.

Please note, memberships and gift passes are non-refundable

Ordering and Payment Information

The Norton Simon Museum Store accepts American Express, Visa and Master Card credit cards for online and in-store payment. For orders placed via telephone, fax or regular mail, please include your card number, expiration date and V-code (the three-digit number on the back of the card). Orders shipped within the state of California are subject to the applicable sales tax rate.

By Telephone:
To place an order by telephone, please call the Museum Store at 626.844.6942, Wednesday through Monday between 10 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Pacific Time. Print the online order form to use as a guide, and have your credit card information ready.

By Fax:
You may also fax an order to us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please print the Museum online order form, indicating your billing and shipping addresses, and fax to 626.844.6954.

By Mail:
For mail orders, payment is accepted via check or money order in U.S. dollars, drawn on a U.S. bank. Make checks payable to The Norton Simon Museum. Do not send your payment in cash. Please include a copy of the online order form with your payment, and make sure to include your shipping address and your daytime telephone number or email address.
